I went through the drive through ordered a combo 1 which use to be a single burger) but also said a single burger lightly with everything, when i went to pay it was 13.00 i asked are you sure this is for a single burger she said yes ,when I got home my drink had leaked all in the cup holders I had no napkins in the bag and I received an Angus burger which was now a combo 1 they changed the order combo numbers when I. Allen about it i was told I would have to return my food on Monday to have it fixed..I will not shop or recommend this location ..

The lady at the drive thru was extremely mean. For no reason she was rude to us since the time of taking our order on Drive thru. After collecting our food, we confronted her and then she banged the window on us. We waited on the window and other employee came and apologized to us. If she was having a bad day then she should stay at home rather than spoiling someone else’s day!
Went today 9:09pm at the drive thru taking orders and payment was super rude!! They hire high-school kids that were joking around and being super loud she didn’t even take the order correctly and had attitude and was literally yelling at this for absolute no reason!!! If she is miserable that’s not our problem to deal with!! Never again at this location!

Order a bacon with cheese angus combo with 7 up First off the Customer service is not there at all they are disorganized to be honest. Second Even though I ask for my combos well done both combos sides where cold and the burger was built messy. The burger didn't taste that bad and that's the only reason why it's a 2 star.
Worst customer service.Cashier barely hears customer.Their was a deal going on for extra $1 you can have a burger.I asked her, if theirs any deal. She says theirs no deal.So I just paid .After having my food I say this deal.And she said I forgot to tell you.0 customer service.Worst Harvey’s

Always have a great hamburger although the regular ones were a little bigger 54 years ago when i worked there,I don t know if the fries are freshlycut like I use to make thembut I have always thought Harveys was the best
