I was forced to come here for a birthday party, sort of no choice on the matter. Really a no frills cafeteria feeling setting. Not wanting something I could make at home easily, I went for the roast beef meal. A small amount of luke warm mashed potatoes and the 7 oz beef.... the beef seemed like plenty and the gravy was just OK. For the price, I could have done better elsewhere I think. As others would say, "not the fastest service", and our staff seemed to be having enough of a hard time as it was just getting the food across the room to the table. Our table was afraid to ask for more of the "all you can eat fries" and I was afraid to ask for the soda refills,... I feared they looked like t...
The prices keep going up but the chicken portions keeps getting smaller. The quarter dinner and ribs was like half the amount you used to get unless they are making chickens smaller now! The ribs were juicy but had no flavour and were very fatty. My wife had the fries and on the entire plate i would safely say that only 6 or 7 fries where over 2 inches long. The rest where pieces of pieces like they where the drags from the fryer. I went here about 2 months ago and had a similar bad experience but thought I would try again. NO MORE CHANCES!! YOUR DONE!!
Quick dinner with family. Got the orders mixed up but it was fixed quickly. Service friendly but not very attentive... Not a busy night... Food OK .. nothing outstanding. Don't go here expecting gourmet food or great service. Overall not exceptionally good and not exceptionally bad either. Just Ho-hum ordinary!...
My family and I have been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. The service is always good and the food is exactly what you'd expect. My only disappointment came was when SC introduced their roast beef. I found it mediocre at best and will stick to the chicken. Love the SCENE points.

We were here with a party of 10 and did not have reservations on a Sunday evening. They accommodated us quite quickly and the service was great. The soups all arrived cold and were sent back. They soups came back piping hot. Everything else was great. We would return again.
We are CAA members and always enjoy the 2 Can Dine specials on the 1/4 chicken dinner. We were there for lunch with friends and we all enjoyed our meals. Swiss Chalet always has a standard we can count on. Our waitress, Stacey, was very friendly and efficient.
This is not a very bust restaurant so you get pretty fast service. Prices are reasonable and food is always good, with a focus on chicken. There are vegetarian choices as well. Kid-friendly and portions are good.
Was waiting for a friend, and the hostess neglected to tell me that my friend was already there and had asked her to direct me to her. We wasted 20 minutes waiting for each other.

This is a fairly large Swiss Chalet restaurant. We had the typical quarter chicken dinners. Service was good, food was also good... Will return to this location.
Went for dinner one night. The service was slow and not attentive at all. Portions were very small. Its seems to be better for pick up. Drinks are watered down.
