what a very disappointing experience when we visited October 29th. we arrived at 18:30 for our preordered table. the restaurant was almost full, inside and outside, with taking a very large table set for approx. 20 people inside. we observed that there were 2 very young girls who, most of all very inexperienced, served one. we asked for wine glasses twice. they arrived and then some time later a little brot was delivered to our table. the big party then arrived. until 19 o'clock we hadn't yet approached our order. I managed to get one of the waitresses attention and told her that we would be willing to place our order if she wanted to place it before the big group. she said she was going to...
It was 2-4-Tuesday. 2 meals for the price of one, even the specials were so I was excited!Then I was disappointed. The pasta I had was al- dente, but the chicken was dry and the creamy pesto lacked enough pesto. When you rarely go out for a meal, you expect the food to be better than what can be done at home. HOWEVER, my dessert and all the others I saw at my table were divine, generously portioned and full of flavour. To be fair if you're looking for cheap bite to eat on a Tuesday evening it is perfectly fine, but if you want it quick, think again. The waitress' don't have the balance between good service and innatentiveness in addition we waited well over an hour for our food to arrive and...
Little local gem!We live in the area and have passed this place many times, saying we should try this place out ...well last night we did and WOW! The food was amazing, the menu may seem small However we tried 2 x entrees, 2 x mains and desert....all just fabulous. The restaurant itself was classy and had great ambiance. Service was lovely and timely. Well priced and we will be back for sure. Just lovely Thank you.
