Fantastic place to drop in for breakfast. The food is second to none. after an early morning flight from Manchester on the 20th September we got to Duquesa about 11am and Tracy was there to greet us with a beer for breakfast. What a lovely...lady i can thoroughly recommend this place. with a fantastic view looking into the port. Been a few times now and will be back. Thanks guys. Mark and Joanne.
I have walked past this venue many times in the past and gave it a miss. It tends to be loud of an evening. One lunchtime I went in for coffee and a sausage sandwich. The coffee was passable but not the sandwich. It was...on toast with local Spanish sausage. As an English bar, I was hoping for decent English sausages. They can buy these in the port. Overall impression was not good.
Although the sky is the name of this little bar dinner, you don't know. all they see is sports bar and that could be a lot of people. we enjoyed drinks here and breakfast, so they try to see by. as this place presents itself, it is more than a sportable to my opinion. a change of the seating opportunity or maybe just kissing it has made it a little more attractive for late.
we have eaten breakfast several times during our last stay, and I must say that the food and service was excellent. we also visited some evenings for a drink and we found the atmosphere and the mood was really good we even...had a game of bingo that was a good laugh. Book a table now
visits here recently first and last time. platz was grubby sticky table floor dirty no attention to hygiene re hand gel not available outside. I could not eat that I ordered due to the condition of the place
Whilst not the most stylish bar in the Port the friendly staff such as Tracy make everyone feel welcome and special. The food is good and it's also good for watching TV sport.
I had a big breakfast as I was very hungry one day, although it was almost lunchtime to be fair! It was very good indeed, service with a smile too.
My Fork was dirty, Cold Beans, very small portion of Mushrooms, toast not realy toasted!!, bacon was burned, never again..... Book a table now
Really good full English breakfast, excellent coffee and service. Lovely location right on the harbour. Highly recommended!
