Terrible, how hard is it to take an order? Don’t hire incompetent people who can’t do that? I asked for 3 bagels with veg cream cheese and I said I would need one other with lox too. I get rung up and they say I have one bagel?!? Wheres the other 3? The cashier asks the employee to make them and 20 mins go by im still waiting on lox and I ask if its ready and she said oh I forgot it in the toaster. Finally I get home and there is literally sm cream cheese i cant grab the bagel. Fire people if they cant do basic tasks or lose business bc of it
I can't believe you came back twice the same time and they can't give you what you can they want me to eat this that tastes bad they don't even listen they serve what they want to give you not what you order is money that I'm paying all the time I come to this place almost daily and you should try to eat what you are serving me is total disgust I will never recommend this place again

Cash only? 2023? How? This place is right near my home and I used to come here all the time. Once in a while I think I would really love a heavenly bagel but I never keep cash on me. It's always just enough time in between visits to forget this inconvenient fact and I end up leaving. Too bad. Bagel boss it is!

I absolutely love this place.. Best bagels, and the best staff. My vegetarian mother in-law loves the veggie cream cheese and my wife stands by the tuna on a roll. But me I'm all about the Lox.
This place only accepts cash, but I will definitely make a special trip just to come here! And by the way, the bagels are really good too!
