We were disappointed mainly because of the ambience. We were there on a crowded Saturday night and the noise level was deaf. My wife and I couldn't hear about the table. Everyone had to scream and voices hurled from the walls. I'm talking about stage level crowd noise. Others also complained and left or switching tables. We had such headaches that we really couldn't enjoy our meal. The food was pretty good. My wife had to scallops and I chose the fillet. Both were cooked nicely. Service was pretty slow, though somewhat understandable considering how many big groups were there this night. It does not guarantee a special trip to feed for us again.
At Hew Parlor Chophouse, every bite surpassed the last in deliciousness. Our group of four eagerly shared dishes, savoring a wonderful variety of flavors. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, handling our lively enthusiasm with ease. It was truly a fantastic evening! We returned for breakfast the next day because I was craving shrimp and grits, even though it wasn’t listed on the updated menu. Still, the kitchen delivered an outstanding dish—it was the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever tasted! I absolutely love this restaurant.
I visited Hew Parlor Chophouse for Thanksgiving dinner and it was truly outstanding. The food was flavorful, and our server provided excellent service. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, though two older ladies appeared somewhat overwhelmed with seating guests. Fortunately, a gentleman, likely the manager, promptly stepped in to address any concerns with a welcoming smile. He was very involved and attentive throughout. The management was exceptional, and the chef absolutely deserves all the praise.
Went to dinner there last night with family. Service and location were excellent. Menu variety was good too. The quality of the food was not the best. Fish was dry had to order extra sauce. Sides were average. NY Strip had a peppercorn sauce thatlacked peppercorn and kind of shrivvled on the meat that was not the cleanest of cuts for a simple NY Strip. Good dinner, butnot completly off the chain as some locals suggest. Plenty of other steak restaurants I would go to before returning.

Nice change of pace spot for a great dinner and drinks at the HiFi rooftop bar upstairs at sunset to finish out a great evening. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's 40th birthday at Hew Parlor Chophouse. Even though reservations were recommended, we easily found a table for Sunday brunch. Our server, Alex, was attentive and prompt in addressing all our requests. The food was excellent.
Service was outstanding. Food was very good. Although there were only a few tables at the restaurant, the noise level was high, impacting the overall experience.

Thanksgiving dinner was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and not bland or over seasoned. There was so much food that we will enjoy it again tomorrow
Delayed seating by 30 minutes after reservation time. Waitress was very good apologetic.
