My Family and I had lunch here in January 2017. Overall, we got basically what we ordered, so Mission accomplished. But the Overall process was painful! First, the service was slow. The Servers seemed more interested in chatting behind the non-functioning bar that serving the many tables of hungry skiers. Second, they had NO BEER. What Kind of German Ski Hut/Restaurant has no beer?! Third, 10 minutes after we placed or order, the Server came back to tell us that my wife's order was not possible for another hour because the oven needed to first be preheated. Overall, the Restaurant seemed very unorganized and not interested in customer Service.
