I regret to give this kind of review to a place I have cherished and have eaten from for a number of years. I am just back from buying a full bucket of Rib tips and whoever those sellers are, all new faces gave me about half a bucket of ribs. I caught it in shop and brought it to their attention and a kid told me that's how it is sold. I told him I have been coming there for years and was only just recently there. The older fellow gave me a spin that it is done by weight when I showed him the box. He pretending to go weigh it only to return that it is the right weight. I went in there to originally get chicken wings. I asked about Monosodium Glutamate being used as an ingredient in the spice mix for the wings. Unfortunately the lady that was helping me could not provide an answer for me even after she attempted to get a hold of the owner. She called the owner and even texted her with no response. I then ordered the butterfly shrimp dinner. The fries were absolutely soggy and gross, the coleslaw was waterery and the shrimp wasn't much better. Where do I start well let’s see I ordered the chicken and ribs combo plate along with the baked beans and Mac n cheese. Although the place was clean and the staff was fast the food lacked love and flavor I believe my meat was not fresh it had an old taste to it and no smoke at all the Mac n cheese was chalky and bland the baked beans were Campbell’s pork n beans in a can just horrible all the way around I would not recommend eating any food from there ever again
The worse chicken wings I had in my whole life.the chicken over cook , the seasoning was the most horrible taste ever!!!!!! I wanted to talk to owner ...the supervisor or someone about how bad this chicken was,but no one to talk to, only a 16yr. Kid running the restaurant. How is this restaurant stays open??? Words can't describe how disappointed I am in this spot. Had high hopes from a lot of people telling me it's good but the barbecue sauce was watery, the pork rib tips tasted like wash water, and the chicken was dry with a bunch of barbecue sauce dumped on top of it. Ordered the dinner combo links, beef ribs couldnt believe they were tough , mac dry and stuck together ,red beans and rice over plain , yall must have a new cook or some cause yall food aint fooding no more
