The service at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Emily and Liz were amazing, explaining all the rules and facilities, and providing helpful information about the menu. They were great with the kids and stayed busy keeping the place tidy while looking after us and other customers. This was some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. They went above and beyond, which is rare these days. We stopped in for a bite after the pantomime and will definitely be back. It was the perfect end to a lovely family day. The staff and facilities at this family pub are amazing. Our food was fabulous with reasonable prices and great quality and taste. A shout out to the kitchen...
We recently had a family meal at this restaurant. We found that they could use more bar staff as some seemed a bit stressed. I ordered the rack of ribs which tasted great but were not hot enough. The JD sauce was good. The corn on the cob was overcooked and inedible. My husband enjoyed his beef burger, but overall, we felt that the food was nothing special for the price. Most of our group just thought it was okay. The prices for a bottle of red wine were good and our meals came out as we ordered. They requested that we pay at the bar due to the size of our party. The main male staff member who greeted us was friendly.
I'm a Childminder and I use this Wacky Warehouse for my toddlers and After School kids. The staff are always very welcoming and really accommodating. There's always lovely crafts for the children and the play gym is always really clean. I think the Childminder pass is good value for money and I buy one nearly every month. The ladies who work in the Wacky Warehouse are Natalie and Emily. They're great at their jobs and always make you feel really welcome. I'm quite local and will continue to visit as long as they're both still there!!!!
My daughter booked a birthday party here for my 2 year old granddaughter ,i think there were about 10 similar aged children invited and turned up,there's a play area which they all seemed to enjoy and then the party food is upstairs, it was well organised and all the children seemed to enjoy, we weren't rushed to leave,all in all it was quite good,this pub/restaurant is fairly close to my daughter and her family's home and they visit fairly regular

The wacky warehouse play gym is a friendly atmosphere the staff working there make you feel so welcome and they are so helpful. Emily is a very thoughtful person and thinks of ways to engage children in things they like. Natelie is very creative and always leaves activities suited for the children on the table. Both are fantastic and make a great coffee
We visited for a family meal. Whilst the staff were lovely the food was terrible. The steaks were badly charred and took ages to chew. The garlic mushrooms were cooked within sight of garlic, but contained almost none. The peppercorn sauce was bitter and ruined the nice chips. Oh, the chips were nice. Highly recommend visiting if you only eat chips.
Not a very good visit. Went with friends. Service very slow. Coffee's cold. Food okay but scampi cold. Not good when it's shellfish. It seemed like everything had been left and not brought to the table whilst hot. The waitresses seemed unhappy and more interested in talking to each other at the entrance than serving us. Used to be so nice.
I decided to stop by for brunch during the week. I ordered a full breakfast and was impressed by the quality! The rostis were delicious, not quite traditional but still very flavorful. I like to customize my breakfasts and the staff was very accommodating, allowing me to make some swaps.

Think it is an amazing place to eat. Staff are always polite and very knowledgeable. Nothing was ever to much. Danielle was fantastic. Not happy this venue is closing and transforming into an American style smoke house.
