Missed providing the ordered drink and cutlery as provided for the pickup order via the website.Also, the website not having PayPal and the restaurant declining to give a refund for the refund and only offering to pick up the drink is disappointing.Had to drive 30min to bring food to a hospital patient just to find the drink missing so had to go out and waste another 10min of my time to buy the drink.Also forgot to provide the cutlery which I had to inform the waitress about and was provided in a professional and tidy manner.The waitress herself was very nice, gentle and apologised greatly over forgetting the drink over the phone which is great but at the same...
I always come to this restaurant because the food is usually very good. However, during my last visit, I had to confirm my order with the staff almost four times. When I got home and opened my containers, everything was wrong! I ordered beef, but received chicken instead. I ordered one dish, but got a side instead. I didn't ask for a sauce, but the rice was loaded with debris that I had to pick through carefully. I hope they can improve their training in the future. It was a bit disappointing on this Friday night!
