My first Cluckin' Russian sandwich, approx 3 months ago, was amazing!... then not since. I enjoyed it so much that first time that I've given it 3 additional tries because everyone has a bad day now and then. The chicken has been dry and flavorless, and the Portuguese rolls, each time, have been stale (hard and crumbly). I'm trying to decide whether or not I'll go back. I've recommended the place multiple times.. now rethinking that. Lately I've seen that the majority of clientele has been high school and/or college-aged kids. They need to get back in the game and focus on quality over quantity.
This restaurant is the WORSE!! The staff doesn't know what they're doing. And they don't know the menu! Two new girls today told my husband that they don't make a sandwich that I get once a week. Plus, I had a credit and they didn't know how to apply the credit for us. This is the second time they have screwed up my order. No more, I'm done. They should hire people and train them before putting them at the counter. I've been in the restaurant business most of my life and this experience was one of the worst I've had in such a small establishment!
Went for the first time today for lunch. Around 1pm they were slammed. They have a bunch of tasty sounding sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I'll have to go back and try more. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and my wife enjoyed her burger as well. If you're able to plan ahead, I strongly suggest not ordering and waiting. It took at least 30 minutes for a sandwich and a burger.. I think some people waited much longer.

Bagels were tasty and the egg sandwich “triple double” was delectable. Also, delicious coffee Keep up the good work! I like this place for a quick breakfast on the way to the beach. It's open earlier than others. Although they are busy with To Go orders, it's pretty fast. Seats are inside or outside.
I am right now eating a Chicken Caesar wrap from this place. Wow! It's excellent! I had to post this right away. Go, order the same thing and enjoy!
Kicker Cheese steak with jalapeños, onions and sriracha mayo. Always on point at Hole in the Wall. If you want heat try the Kicker.

Tried on a whim, ordered the cobb salad, was absolutely jam packed and very fresh. Will definitely order again!
