Hong Kong Wok - Table reservation

I’d seen a review before I visited talking about some kid on his phone who is aware of your presence yet chooses to wait 8-10 seconds before acknowledging you. I thought that was odd, until I went and had the exact same experience. I greeted him, he ignored me and about 5 seconds go by and he didn’t say a thing and suddenly asks what I’d like. I told him I’m picking up an order I placed over the phone. He said okay one second, he then gives me a receipt and I pay, I sign the receipt with no tip due to his attitude and he watches like a hawk. Was told they dont take payments over the phone. Strange for a chinese delivery service. Only cash? Food wasnt bad. Wasnt a fan of the soup but rice and dumplings were good. Portions are on the smaller side. Egg rolls are the size of spring rolls. Overall i was happy. would rate higher if they accepted payments over the phone

I've been ordering from here for years. The people here are friendly and work really hard to get you your food quickly and correctly. I've had lots of different Chinese takeout style food and this place is one of the best I've eaten at. And definitely one of the cheaper options. If you are in this area definitely try it.

If you are looking for good portion sizes and actual vegetables (instead of shaved veggies) when you order vegetable dishes (fried rice and lo mein), then this is your take out place. The food is consistently good, though sometimes the egg and spring rolls are a bit greasy.

The owners doesn't respect me never gives me a sample of food but some friendly from mom etc
