That was my first order from Hook and Reel. I was notified that my order would be ready at 2:34. I came at 2:30 and the staff who were all pleasant and helpful) let me know that my order was still prepared. No problem, I knew I was a little early. I'm waiting patiently. My boys wanted seafood after 8 hours. I wanted it to go, but we ate in. We sat on a window. It wasn't busy so I assumed that they wanted people to sit off a window for advertising?. I had Catfish platter and hush puppies, it was too much food for me and it was served hot and fresh. I wish they had honey butter for the hush puppies. We had the most amazing experience with Isis. She gave us suggestions and we are sitting here stuffed. We are trying to figure out how to make more room. My friend had the flounder basket. She said it was flavorful and light, even though it was fried. I had the shrimp and the New Zealand ?? mussels. It is super yummy and I?m trying to find room in my tummy ?. The food is delicious but the customer service deserves 10 stars ??. Thank you for a great experience with my friends ??.
The food was amazing, the waiters were super and beautiful and it was not packed. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. My friend ordered lobsters and it was gummy and tasted funny. He got sick, but the prices were very high. Overall amazing food and service next to the lobster!
