So here's the deal get the horsey fries. You might need to get 2 orders. It's very polite of them to have the half order as an option but I'm not sure there's a situation where the half order is applicable. You'll always want the full order. Mystery beer is a fun option too. The food it outstanding. The cocktails are amazing. I'm really love how they create an upscale casual atmosphere. First come. First served. But they have fun games to pass any wait time. Could you let me know if you go though? I'm probably going to want to go along
Superb quality from beginning to end. The reputation of The Horse Inn lives up to every expectation. The opening cocktails at the bar were top notch, followed by excellently executed dinner entrees. The burger's reputation as the best in Lancaster Countystands up as well. Tender and flavorful beef cooked to a perfect medium and crispy yet soft interior fries. My wife's crab rollwas also very flavorful with hints of lemon and herbs perfectly balanced. My only regret is waiting so long to dine here. Highlyrecommended. Don't wait!
I wish I could rate this phenomenal restaurant with more than five stars. All employees were professional and the host welcomed us with names. They even gave us a map with our printed names to wish us a Happy 10 Year Anniversary. The food was spectacular and drinks were great! It was a nice quiet atmosphere. Portions were also great! The pictures don't do justice. We don't regret celebrating there! We're definitely going back.
Jimmy was amazing, kept my husband and I entertained while we took our time with each course. The sliders were different and delicious. I got the salmon, the flavors were great and just a tad spiced. My husband got the surf and the lawn Mac and the cheese and loved him. We finished the night with cappuccinos and the flourless chocolate cake, very rich, smooth, and loved the crunch from the angular peanuts! We will be safe

The Belvedere Inn restaurant was recommended by some friends. This place has a wonderful ambience and delicious food. Our person, Jimmy, was great, he was attentive, and shared some humor as well. I had the house special, which was the steak, mash potatoes, and squash absolutely delicious. There was also some live Jazz playing loved it. We were treated very well. Thank you for the experience. We will definitely be back
My husband, daughter, SIL and I enjoyed a special evening at the Belvedere tonight. We enjoyed our own little space outside on the veranda, in one of the enclosed dining tents . The food was amazing filet, rainbow trout, pork two ways, blackened scallops creme brulee as were the drinks and ESPECIALLY our FABULOUS server, Jimmy. It was an all around perfect meal from start to finish. Would return in a heartbeat!
A friend and I went to celebrate their birthday and it did not disappoint! It was busy at 6pm and they said it could take up to 40 minutes to get a table for us so they took my number. We were able to get a drink while waiting and within 10 minutes we gotour booth which was an old horse stall! The food was fantastic, the cocktails were fabulous, and there was someone playing thepiano. I can't wait to go again!
Dined in the Horse Inn for the first time since the pandemic. We had a great meal (daily special fish, and a burger after a nice cocktail, and with wine/beer. The food was excellent (especially recommend the Horse Fries! , and the service was spot on. I have to say, their draft beer list was good too can't pass up a draft Maine Lunch! We will definitely be back, especiallynow that they take reservations.

There are a couple of important things to keep in mind if you plan to visit: they do not take reservations, so be mindful of your timing or be prepared to wait. We only waited about 15 minutes. Also, parking can be a bit tricky; it's only available on the block, and the road fills up quickly, so you may need to search for a spot.
My husband and I absolutely love the Horse Inn! They hands down have the best food cocktail menu. The food is always delicious and consistent. We enjoyed a shared halloween cocktail and loved it. The service is amazing as well. We highly recommend this place! 10/10
