I was in the Horster Mill for the first time today after a TV report on the Seevetal was published in the NDR. Beautifully located and charming restaurant or inn. Finally German cuisine. There are, and this is rarely enough, sufficient staff. The staff tries to be friendly, but you notice the tension through Corona. Saturday is also a stressful day, especially when the weather is good and that despite Corona. Hygiene regulations are well complied with. Great restaurant right on a water mill with large garden and covered terrace. Very nice ambience very clean and well maintained The food is really excellent, always prepared with fresh ingredients, no cans or bag stuff. Was enthusiastic, eating superlecker, upscale class, but super-bourgeois and supereasy cozy. Staff very nice and trouble to communicate with us hearing impaired, just great. I'll come back with my family.
I've known the mill since my mother lives there for over 26 years. The food is always top class, the service very good, the organization excellent! I recommend the Horster Mill!
