Visited Hot House Brewing on Saturday evening. I was not impressed by the beers, and while the food was good and the greenhouse space was cool, as soon as the music started and you couldn't communicate we were beyond ready to leave.Quality: Tried three different beers during our visit. The Snow Moon Winter Ale, which was described with a lot of fun spice flavors that I did not feel came through. Next was UBlueit II, which utilized blueberry and coriander. It likely has its fans, but I am not one. Finally was Rattle Gulch IPA, a very watery IPA that I did not enjoy. Unlike the beers which disappointed, the Loaded Tots were quite good. Overall the beer is good and so is the food we got the lemon chicken wrap and the turkey club panini for our entrees we also got the pretzel sticks which were good but the cheese was very oily and separated (not worth the upcharge to get it). The beer is good basic flavor profiles but decent the shandy’s were interesting and I would look to order something similar in the future somewhere else.The service was pretty good the bartender made our drinks and took our food order and someone from the kitchen came out to bring our sandwiches in cardboard boats all fine and good.After we were done paying and leaving a tip the bartender came up to ask us if everything was alright we said “of course, w...
I stopped by this restaurant while running errands and absolutely loved the atmosphere. I tried the vanilla peach wheat beer, which was wonderfully refreshing for the season! The bartender was very friendly and addressed all my questions. Although I didn't order any food, the dishes being prepared around me smelled incredible. I can't wait to sample some menu items on my next visit, and I'm definitely planning to come back during the fall and holiday season to see the seasonal plants and check out the gift shop.
The appetizer had me in helllooo. Brezeln and beer cheese that die for! Live music too. Our waitress was very energetic and enthusiastic! Love them, love all holiday decorations and only the mood of the place... never knew that this place was in my backyard cicero/ syracuse. Go on! Love the ambience! See you soon.

I've dined there several times and the food is excellent, with generous portion sizes. The beer is also very good. However, I'm concerned because it's now listed for sale on Zillow, which worries me that we might be losing this fantastic brewery.
Super cool spot! All the staff members were super friendly, beer was good and the food was great as well! They have ample outside seating and a cool gift shop with local goods once your done with your meal/drinks!
Cool tasting room with a variety of beers. Appreciated being able to taste before I committed to a pint. I settled on the porter but I tasted one of the few well executed blueberry beers I've seen as of late.
Stopped by for a flight at the bar: it was just ok. The beers were ok, but not my taste. However, they had a menu and greenhouse so will def check it out again

The staff here is fantastic and incredibly friendly! The beer is outstanding, and we enjoyed a delicious appetizer. Plus, there's live music!
