I placed an order for £31, and while they gladly took my payment, the food never arrived. My husband went down to inquire about it, and they suggested he had been scammed, when in reality, it was them who scammed us. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers, and I will never use their services again.
I ordered a pizza at 9:54 and was told it would take 15 minutes, but it has now been an hour and it still hasn't arrived. I called to inquire about it half an hour ago, and they said it would be another 15 minutes, but then they hung up on me.
