hotels rarely offer you the pleasure of a careful restoration. I almost never find a good restaurant, practicing correct prices in a good hotel - even a Mercure hotel. Mercury in town- in bresse is an exception. quiet (discrete and non-aggressive music) neat and fast service, abundant and varied map, good value for money.

Didn't know there would be a restaurant when I booked this hotel. Good was excellent and server was nice. Would go back there. I tried they're salmon and I can tell from my co workers dishes that they were excellent.
