Absolutely disgusted about how we were treated. We come in about an hour and a half before closing and they did not come take our drink orders for about 25 minutes. It was like they purposely wouldn’t look at us, and the restaurant was practically empty. We finally get our waters and one of them is completely terrible, extremely salty and not drinkable at all. Our food comes out and we had gotten some to go stuff and the food overall was dry and not good. except for the sushi which was fine. The worst part was when we went to pay the waitress told us we had to tip her, and we could not write zero. I tip based on service, but she was literally over my shoulder watching me saying that i wasn’t...
This is a really good restaurant; we eat there fairly often. The sushi is excellent (better towards and through the weekend, but that’s par for the course). You get far more than what you pay for. I enjoy almost all the dishes; some are not my thing but you can’t enjoy everything. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The only thing that I have a true issue with is that they say they are open at 11am…. This must be for delivery because any time we arrive before 3pm, the front door is open but the same guy, sitting in the front, shoes us away angrily. So don’t expect to dine in for lunch. We ordered a take out with 3 meals and fried rice. On arriving home, which is a 35 minute trip, we discovered we were given steamed rice instead of fried rice and missing orange beef dinner. I called them to make them aware of this and the response was we have it here you can come back and pick it up. I responded with we are 35 minutes away. The reaction was the woman laughing as if it was funny and we will give you a credit. I for one didn’t find it amusing since we spent 70 dollars on our food. I am now without my dinner. I hope she enjoyed hers.
Food is great, we get it at least once a week. Only problem is, when we call in our order their phone is set to go to voicemail. I have told the person working the orders many times, they seem to be upset and claim they are getting calls from others.
