Moe's Mexican restaurant offers good food, but inconsistent portion sizes can be disappointing – asking for double meats is often necessary. While some staff members are fantastic, others fall short, affecting the overall experience. The location is convenient with ample parking, but the cost per person (20+ feels steep. Given the mixed impressions, I might explore other options, as this Moe's leaves a somewhat sour taste in my mouth. Being the only one in California, it seems they may not feel the need to meet the standards set by other locations.
I greeted the lady… nothing back. I asked for Double tofu and got maybe six. I got a large sum of lettuce for some reason. I asked for a large chips and got this snack size portion. I should have known from the last time eating here that they would do this again. HORRIBLE!!! But I was charged for what I didn’t get. Manager please read these comments and do something.
Not sure what’s going on at this location but the portion sizes are being drastically reduced. I just got a home wrecker bowl and the portions are almost laughable. I also got chips and the bag of chips literally has only 12. For what you pay and what you get do not equal out. I’ll just keep going to the only competitor.
This is the first time I have been to Moe's. Bob the manager, Tom Nathalie and Daniel served my wife and I. The different types of salsa were outstanding. We got the THE HOMEWRECKER burrito. It was awesome. It was so good I got one to go for later. Quality food and service really matters!

Came in to get a tofu bowl but the tofu delivery was late. The acting manager, female, I can’t recall her name made sure I could get a free bowl next time because I couldn’t eat with my family.
Mediocre. Not Mexican food, it’s southwestern style. More like a lower level version of Qdoba, which is a lower version of Chipotle. Not really worth the visit.
The food is good and the customer service is even better. You try the Camp Pendleton location if you have access to the base.
I like this place. The manager is cool. Love their big homewrecker burrito and eat the queso quickly or it congeals.
