Huge shout-out to Harry at Hove Place – he utterly sorted us out. The roast was perfect. The beef was cooked exactly to our preferred tenderness and came with loads of gravy. Before he even left the table, Harry had already sorted all the sauces, so there was no faffing about or waiting once the food arrived, which is a real pet peeve of mine.
