I like their Taiwanese grilled pork belly, fried dough sticks and soy milk. The quality is not inferior to Taiwan's Yonghe Soy Milk chain store. Although the sesame seed cakes and fried dough sticks are not freshly baked or fried, they are grilled before being served and the texture is still crispy. Going to this little shop today was the most unforgettable experience in my life! The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very bad, like Mrs. Ah Qing, she looked like she was dying. I asked her how much a fried dough stick cost, and she quickly said with a sad look, you see for yourself. I don’t know if she treats every customer like this. Same? Do you think I'm not handsome enough? But I think she is too crazy about customers from the mainland, and I hope people from the mainland will be mentally prepared.

I think the Taiwanese breakfast takes me back to Taiwan. Taste pretty classic. Idk if it was the oil they used. Haha (probably not too healthy).The younger lady doesn't sound she is happy all the time. Especially if u speak Mandarin to her. She sounded like she does like the job. She us probably just how she is. So yeah customer service attitude rating is not so good. Maybe if she smile a bit will be better. Or talk softer?
I haven’t gotten back to this little old fashioned Taiwanese breakfast spot. They serve traditional Taiwanese/Chinese breakfast dishes, pastries and more. I got some Purple Rice Fan Tuan with Eggs and Pickles, rice peanut milk, and Chinese fried donut.
Was a bit disappointed with the Fan Tuan, it tasted kinda bland. There is a restaurant that serves it down by Torrance on the weekends that makes it better. The curry beef was really small and bland too.
Great food and the people are really nice. It's take out only so we got a bunch of things to try and brought them to a nearby park. Everything was really tasty, the purple rice fantuan was the best!
