The customer service at Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs is absolutely terrible. Nova, the shift leader, refuses to assist customers and clearly should not hold that position. Their website alters orders, and no one in the store is willing to help. Don’t waste your time here—there are better pizza options on the menu at the 7/11 across the street.
I attempted to order pizza for delivery to my home, which I've done many times before without any problems. However, this evening I faced an issue. They told me that my location is now outside their delivery area. I'm not sure what has changed in the past two weeks, but it looks like I'll have to go with Domino's instead.
