As a local regular customer (once or twice per week) to this restaurant since it 's first day of opening, I 've never before seen so terribly bad management there. At the drive-thru Neema spoke with foul language, then immediately rudely and abruptly walked away after I summonsed her to my car window near the waiting bay. I had believed in HJ 's as opposed to a Macdonalds take away because they were supposedly Australian. My recent experience at the above HJ 's was abominable. We were visiting my wife 's fathers as he lives in Bendigo but decided to stop in at Kangaroo Flats Hj 's for a bite to eat. It ended up being worst idea we have had in a long time. We arrived and was second in line a new girl opened her register and proceeded to ask the young boy behind us for his order We waited and waited 5 10 mins min. I walked away in Disgust. Eventually A young girl decided to serve my wife after placing our order my wife paid with a fifty to which the young girl held it up to show the manager. After waiting anoth...
The service at this restaurant was extremely rude. We were instructed to wait in the waiting area even though there was no one behind us. The employee then waited for another car to arrive before telling us to move into the waiting area again. The manager then brought out our cold and awful burgers. The service was terrible and we will not be returning to this place. It is better to support local businesses. Remember, you get what you pay for.
The server was difficult to understand. All tables were dirty and the staff were impolite. They forgot to bring the chips and sauce for the nuggets. We had to ask three times for a table to be cleaned, and by the third time, our meal was already prepared. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

This is one of the original Hungry Jacks in Melbourne. I have been going here for over 15 years! Don't think I have ever had an issue with their service. Unlike the McDonalds opposite! Fresh and typical of Hungry Jacks / Burger King.

The burgers at this restaurant are tasty, but the service is lacking and I didn't receive my entire order. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence at similar establishments.
Initially thought it was a new chain which looked a bit familiar ; then realised its just Burger King in Aussie. Bacon burgers were awesome especially since I dont get it back home.
