As always, visiting Hunter's Tavern in Easton, MD, is a culinary delight. Our server, Liam, was excellent, and based on his suggestions, we decided to try the daily specials for our main courses. My wife relished the Mexican Rockfish topped with crab and avocado, while I enjoyed the incredibly tasty 10 oz. NY Strip paired with crab mac and cheese. After our meal, we headed to the bar for some after-dinner cocktails, where our bartender, Sandra, was both knowledgeable and friendly. If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, I highly recommend trying this place. The food was absolutely outstanding, particularly the seafood and cream of crab dishes, which were both flavorful and expertly prepared. The service was top-notch as well; the staff was attentive and friendly, making our dinner even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening, creating a welcoming and elegant vibe. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit!
We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and requested a booth, which they graciously accommodated. The waitress was wonderfully friendly and attentive. I ordered the crab cakes and appreciated their willingness to substitute asparagus for succotash, as I can't have corn. The cream of crab soup was loaded with chunks of crab, and they offered sherry on the side, which was a lovely addition. For dessert, we indulged in chocolate mousse and enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco, making for a truly delightful dinner.
Food was delicious as always. Cajun mahi mahi and really great rice and beurre blanc, and fried chicken and Mac n cheese. All delicious. They need to update the bread selection; those rolls aren’t very good. Service was excellent, probably because we were her only table on a Monday night. She was very attentive.

We always enjoy dining at Hunter's Tavern, and generally, the food is quite good. However, during this visit, the soups could have been served hotter; they were only warm. Additionally, the side order of hash browns was cold. It could have been a better experience.
It could have easily been a five-star experience, but they didn't have Fried Green Tomatoes. Overall, I would rate the food 4 stars, the service 5 stars, and the atmosphere 5 stars.
