Being Carnivore we like to get to all the restaurants that claim to serve good meat!! We ordered the triple ribs combo Pork, Lamb Beef for 2 plus a drink each. The service was friendly the atmosphere very nice with a view...of the ocean however, after waiting 30 min our meals came out before our drinks. We tried to get the attention of the waitress but this seemed futile. We decided to tuck in while hot discovered all 3 types of ribs had the same sauce bit of an overload. The Lamb beef were just ok but the pork was hard and not falling off the bone. Eventually they brought us our drinks and some salt as the chips had absolutely nothing on them. This restaurant was recommended by a friend living in Sydney. Staff is amazing! I'm from Belgium so I know how to cook fries, honestly the fries I had were so good, almost perfect. The meat was tender and very delicious. When I come back to...QLD certainly come back again to Hurricane's. It's a bit expensive but your live only ones. Thanks!
amazing food and service all staff were fantastic went here twice whilst on holiday , 2 nd time after being treated so rudely from restaurant across from them brazilian bbq ,, Hurricanes did not hesitate to accommodate us a family of 7 adults 4 children..., Will definently go there again , everything was perfect . I'm part Swiss so I take a lot of pride with Movenpick and perhaps have some subconscious love bias ; I had the swiss chocolate scoop and mint chocolate scoop in a cup so much chards of chocolate in these flavours that it feels like I'm eating bits of chocolate more than I am icecream.

never disappointed with eating. ignore the wingers who have delivered a meal with an upwardly located mushroom or not their perfect meal fall from the deck as soon as they went through the door. eating is excellent. go and go.
Delicious food. All ribs, chicken steaks are GF. They don’t have a designated fryer ... so don’t have the fries. One of my favourite restaurants in Surfers. Finger Licking Good!!!!

They have a seperate spreadsheet which lists all the allergens for every dish. They were very good with nothing coeliac requirements. Plus the food was delicious!
Ice Cream sandwich a bit doughy. They had 3 selection for egg and dairy free ice cream. Not overly friendly. Good, nice ice cream when you need a fix
