Hyde Paradiso - Table reservation

Appreciate that being able to holiday in covid 'normalcy ' is a privilege and that there are many businesses that are finding it hard to find workers. Having said that, we stayed a week in surfers and dined at many places during our stay and this was by far the most understaffed place. Dined at hyde paradiso on a Tuesday brunch. Almost every table was occupied. Used the app to order (probably saved us another 20 mins of wait time as there were only two floor staff). The app doesn 't offer the full menu so just be aware of that when you order which means we still ended up having to do half the order via the staff. A Saturday brunch. Everything was perfect! We had the best place over the beach. Customer service was top notch! She looked after us so well when the restaurant was in full capacity. The dishes and cocktails contained in the Brunch menu were very delicious and prepared for perfection. LOVED the eggs Benny Hasch.

Great place with sea view. Perfect for weekend brunch when weather is beautiful. The serving size is large. Esp children's menu its almost large, like the adults serving size. The food was okay. There is enough variety to try. You will also receive free parking at the hotel, which is a plus. You take accorplus

Food is fantastic but service and wait staff need attention, 45min wait for a coffee, no real direction or anyone taking control.

The booth seats felt cheap and were compressed so you felt like you were falling off the seat under the table
