As a regular patron of I-Tea Cafe, I highly reccomend this spot for authentic Taiwanese food. I called ahead, as I always do, to order my two go to dishes: the three cups chicken and the Taiwanese fried rice noodles.The three cups chicken is packed with flavor and spice, while the fried rice noodles are a perfectly savory and filling accompaniment. Together, they make for a meal that hits all the right spots.Overall, I-Tea Cafe is my go-to spot for quick, tasty, and satisfying takeout. So whether you're in the mood for Taiwanese cuisine or just want to try something new, I highly recommend giving it a try.
I've had two great experiences at this restaurant! The meals are quite affordable, especially with their weekly deals, and they are also quite filling. The menu is simple, but everything I've tried has been delicious! There was one instance when my boyfriend visited alone and ordered the Taiwan sausage with rice; he received an unusual-looking piece that made him uneasy, so he couldn't finish his meal. However, I think that was just a rare occurrence. Overall, if you're in search of a quick and satisfying meal that offers good value, this is the place to go!
A co-worker recommended Itea Cafe for lunch and the food was good. However, service can use some improvement, as we waited a few minutes to place our order and wasn't acknowledged by the two workers that were at the register. Both workers walked away twice, before one made himself available to take our orders. This occurred with all walk-in customers and didn't look good for business. Also, inside dinning area is small and a little noisy.If you're interested, please call your order in for pick-up and enjoy the food.Thank you!
Service: The store manager could not provide a real solution when my order went wrong. She just kept saying I already apologized . (The unspoken line would be what do you want from me? she made it like personal when it 's really just the business. When the order went wrong, you should just fix it, either refund me or reorder it for me. But she was ridiculous. Food: it said it 's authentic Taiwanese food. And I think it 's not.Will I go again? Never.

I visited this restaurant today and had a fantastic experience. The fish steak was exceptional, and the pork chop was also very tasty. I really believe the fish steak is what sets this place apart. The fish steak with rice here is excellent. It's a lovely little spot in Irvine for Taiwanese cuisine. I highly recommend it; it is on the pricey side, but the fish steak is absolutely worth it.
this restaurant is the worst, I'd give 0 if I can, don't ever try. The service is bad, they don't really care about their customer, especially the manager. The food is just so so. The hygiene is horrible. I'm a Taiwanese and I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Stay away from this business. They will charge you extra dollars without notice.
This place is not clean. The pork chop I ordered was old and smelled bad. Theservice was slow. Years ago this was a pretty good restaurant. I think they have givenup. Now, you take a risk at gettingsick.

Overall the food is good, spicy chicken was tasty but boba tea is so so it’s too sweet in my opinion.
