My wife and I absolutely adore this restaurant! We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for a personal reason. I enjoy pairing sake with my sushi, and I feel that their sake options could be improved. However, this minor issue won't stop us from coming back. The sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious. The hot towels provided when you first sit down are a nice touch. We particularly love the sushi for two option - it's the perfect amount of sushi and chef's rolls. Keep up the fantastic work!
The food here is good. We've recommended it to friends in the past. But we had a recent HORRIBLE experience there. The young female server/manager hovers over all of the servers. She has a nasty disposition toward customers if they ask/state anything they want changed or don't like. Read through the Yelp Open Tabe Reviews and comb through comments about this one manager. It's really unfortunate that she is the face of this place.
Exceptional customer service and high quality sushi. If I could move in to the dining room I’d sell my house today. The fish is so fresh I’d swear there was an ocean out back. There have been times in my life when I’ve gotten sushi and felt like I was eating an art project...and those times have been here at Ichiban and out west in Seattle, WA!
