The girl who made my snowball was friendly, but I was uneasy that she wasn’t wearing gloves. It bothered me that she handled my money and then began making my snowball without washing her hands first. The prices also felt a bit steep; three snowballs with marshmallow cost $20. As for the taste, it was fairly average. I usually like skylite, but this time it seemed somewhat diluted.
The girls who run this place are the best! Even when there's long lines, you never wait more than just a few minutes. Most certainly not slackers, that's for sure! Shaved ice and the best flavors. Definitely our family's favorite place to grab a snowball. Shame they're not open on Sundays, but neither is Chick Fila and they make it work!
The dayshift worker, Tee, was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured that we had a great experience! She answered many questions and had great flavor combination suggestions! I suggest trying sour apple with caramel or strawberry cheesecake with cream! Will def return again!
I visited this restaurant at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday, July 11th. I had asked for marshmallows in my snowball, but they forgot to add them even after I checked. When I returned to the store, I was met with laughter, which I found quite unprofessional. Book a table now
It’s very good snowballs I enjoy them a lot. It so much ice for a good price. Although I did find a small spider in my ice cone one day. But to be honest it didn’t stop me from finishing the snow cone. I just took the spider out
I've been a fan of the snowballs from Icy Delights Rosedale for years, but today I was completely disgusted to discover what looked like a bug, possibly an ant, at the bottom of my cup. I won’t be ordering from here again.
This place has the most incredible shaved ice, with the perfect texture and outstanding flavors. It's hands down the best snowballs I've ever had, and the staff is always friendly. You definitely need to give it a try!
