If I could it would’ve been a zero stars!! The worst service EVER!!! It started with the hostess spending time talking on her phone ignoring us. The lady at the carry out not greeting us and when I asked if we are supposed to sit ourselves she stated that she’s new. That doesn’t stop you from getting people. That’s for free!!!! Once we finally got seated our server didn’t come around to acknowledge us for another 12 mins. All the while there’s people everywhere just sitting waiting to be served. I finally got my server and she not only messes up my drink order (only 3 drinks) one of them had a bug in it!!! No sorry no nothing! Absolutely fantastic! I had a delightful French Toast Combo for breakfast, accompanied by some rich, piping hot coffee. IHOP's coffee is truly exceptional—not weak at all. Everything was prepared just the way I like it: incredibly fresh, steaming hot, and delicious! Our server was efficient and incredibly sweet, ensuring we were well taken care of. The place was spotless and sanitized, which is always a plus. It was quite busy (around 10:30 a.m. on a Thursday), but we waited less than five minutes for a booth for two. P.S.: There's a young man working there who is outstanding; if I had a son, I would want him to be just like him—very warm and polite. I just wish I could remember his name!
This restaurant desperately needs a deep clean. There are dried food stains all over the windows, window shades, sills, floors, and seats. I’ve been here multiple times in the past few months, and it’s consistently been this way. It really makes you question the cleanliness of the kitchen. While the service is excellent and the staff are friendly, the overall hygiene of the restaurant is unacceptable. I won't be ordering take-out from here again until they address these cleanliness issues.
Everything was hot and fresh! My crepes and fruit were incredibly fresh, and you could even taste how well the fruit was washed. My only suggestion would be to include syrup in the condiment bag. I was really impressed by how hot the food was—my wife and I truly enjoyed our meal! My beautiful queen woke up just to enjoy it, and she finished everything, as did I. Thank you, IHOP! I just ordered online, and somehow I missed the option pertaining to utensils. I called and a very professional and friendly Lady named Nicky (Nickie) said she will add utensils. I can hear in the background that they must have been super busy, but she didn't rush me off the phone and made me realize that they appreciated my business. *Thank you so much Nicky (Nickie) you are super awesome!
Woah. Ive ordered at this ihop numerous times before. This was one big hiccup. I have no idea what this was. Ive ordered the big steak omelette every time for pick up. Havent had a bad experience before until now. For the public safety. Please consider looking more throughly through your cooking process.
IHOP is my favorite affordable breakfast spot, this location is fairly huge. The staff here provides excellent service, my wife enjoyed our visit, after we were seated and served our food all took about 15 minutes. Our server checked in a few time to make sure we were good and enjoying our meal.
Quick and attentive service. The food was exactly what we expected. The prices were reasonable. The only negatives was the coffee; it was not bold enough for our taste and they didn’t have Equal, only Splenda.

In contrast, our visit to the Glen Burnie location was exceptional. The staff, our server, the kitchen team, and the management were all excellent. We truly enjoyed our time there.
