The food, the service was great. When it came time to pay the system went down. The general manager took my information. The next day he called. He needed pymt. My card was swiped 2 times but he insisted he needed a pymt. I let him run my card again. So to make a long story short. Pymt was made but they charged my account double. Thank God my bank reimbursed me the monies. He surprised me being the general manager and to threaten someone who was willing to do it since day 1. He never even apologized for his behavior. It was very unprofessional.
Forgot hashbrown on my omelette, pancakes were hard, forgot chocolate chips on my daughter's smiley face pancakes, which she loves and didn't get. My husband got raw egg..he wanted sunny side up yes, but it was way to gooey, not enough sugar and milk for coffee. Waiter wasn't to much of a helper. I always go to the IHOP on Trenton, I should always go to the IHOP on Trenton waaaaay better everything! Pancakes are always fluffy and savory melts in your mouth, and sooo warm ?Never coming to this one again.
I hope that our experience is exclusive to this location and not that I HOP is deteriorating! The place was depressing. The waitress was rushing us although they didn't have that many people. She made two mistakes with the order and food took too long. I asked for toast and I had to ask another waitress to bring it. The eggs were to cold by the time they brought the two pieces of toast that they charged $3 for! Not very welcoming or friendly. Not coming back.
Very good place to eat breakfast or to have a nice dinner with your family! Prices are ok, atmosphere is good because you get to seat in the place you choose and you can enjoy! Recommend, sometimes it can be a little full and you get to wait a little, but other than that it’s good

I ordered scrambled eggs (2) hashbrowns and sausage links. The plate came out with the eggs and sausage only. I had to remind the waitress that it came with hashbrowns and toast. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry. Couldn't finish the eggs, they were so bad.
was a party for 2 and he wouldn't sit down because it was just me! he sat five parties before me. so I left. I guess he didn't want my business! that never happened to me here. very disappointed!
I wanted breakfast late and was the best option. the service was not great, but the food was hot. coffee was not the best, but only the one I can eat with the breakfast.
The customer service was friendly, the food was excellent, and the coffee was exceptional. They also had sugar-free syrup available.

Food, service are great. But it smells as sewer as soon as you walk in. Problem needs to be fixed.
The waiter was extremely friendly and definitely did a great job with the service.
