The food at IHOP was good, but the service left much to be desired. I ordered sunny side up eggs with white toast, but when my meal arrived, the toast was missing. Although I was charged for it and asked for it, it never came. I couldn’t fully enjoy my eggs without dipping them in toast. To make matters worse, another waitress nearby was using inappropriate language, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I asked our waiter to remove the toast charge from the bill and suggested he keep that amount as his tip. I took my family to this restaurant for Father's Day breakfast and ended up waiting a shocking 1.5 hours for our order to arrive. While I understand it was a busy day, such a long wait is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, I noticed several families who arrived after us being served before we got our meals. I was with a pregnant woman, a toddler, and two older parents, which made the delay even more frustrating. I would have rated it 1 star, but I'm giving it 2 stars because the servers were kind enough to offer us some fruit and onion rings while we waited. However, waiting nearly 2 hours for a meal is just not worth it. I won’t be returning.
I used to love coming here, but everything has changed. It seems like there’s new management or something because the quality has definitely declined. The cheese on my dish wasn’t even melted; it was just thrown on top. I also didn’t receive a coffee refill without having to ask for it multiple times, and I ended up having to track down the servers myself. When I left, my shoes stuck to the floor and made a noise, which clearly indicated it wasn’t clean. It felt like the staff could benefit from more training. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience that it reminded me of being in a rough part of Philly. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Ashley B exhibited a poor attitude during my visit. The customer service seemed to prioritize the staff over the customers. I felt compelled to leave a review. She was very curt and didn’t ask if our orders were okay or if we needed anything else, like refills. I was waiting in line behind four people and requested coffee and water. Ashley brought two coffees and two waters, leaving us to figure out who got what, as she didn’t return until checking if we wanted the bill. I had to go off searching for creamers myself. If you’re having a bad day, it might be better to stay home.

The restroom was in poor condition. I went for breakfast on Monday, excited since I hadn't dined out in a while. Unfortunately, after my meal, I went to the restroom and was shocked by its cleanliness—or lack thereof. It was evident that no one was overseeing the upkeep of the facilities. The sight and smell were so overwhelming that I ended up getting sick from my meal. On a brighter note, my waitress was very friendly and accommodating with my toddler. As for the food, it was just average.
I can only give this place two stars, mainly because the rest of the food was decent, and on my third visit, my server actually checked if I needed anything and promptly brought my check. However, during my second visit, my party and others were left waiting about ten minutes just to be seated, making it feel like we could have left without anyone even noticing. What's happening at this IHOP? It's disheartening to witness its decline like this.
I’d like to start by praising the waiter, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole staff showed genuine kindness. As for the food, it was excellent! The hash browns stood out as especially tasty. This was my second time dining here, and once again, the food and service exceeded all my expectations. Everything about this restaurant is outstanding. I highly recommend it – a solid 10/10!
The service was outstanding. My server, a young lady named Lizzie, was fantastic. She engaged with my children and made sure their chocolate milk was topped off quickly, even checking with me first to see if it was okay for them to have more. The food was excellent, as usual, but I will definitely return because of the attentive service. A+!

The service and staff were excellent, but the avocado and mushrooms in the omelette were barely noticeable. Also, there was hardly any pancake syrup. I usually enjoy IHOP, but my experience today was disappointing. If it hadn’t been for the friendly and attentive waiter, I would have rated it just one star.
