WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE? My girlfriend and I visited recently and had to wait a long time to be seated because the waitresses were too busy chatting with each other to assist us! We’ve been there twice before, and I also took my aunt there about three weeks ago, and we experienced the same issue. I can't recommend this restaurant for its service anymore; it used to be exceptional, but now it’s terrible! I think I’ll head to Bob Evans from now on! It doesn’t seem to make a difference what time of day you go—breakfast, lunch, or dinner—the service is consistently poor. Avoid this place if you’re looking for good service!
What about the service? my friend and I went in and had to wait for ever to take a place because the waiters were too busy talking to everyone else to get us to a table! we're there twice, and I've brought my dancing there three weeks ago and the same thing happens. I recommend this restaurant really no longer for the service, it was earlier top notch, now it is terrible! I will choose bob evans from now on! and it doesn't play any roles, which daytime they go, breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's all the same. do not go there if you want a good service!
I used to really enjoy visiting the IHOP in Mt. Pleasant, but something has changed recently and my experience has declined significantly. The employees often seem distracted and are frequently goofing off in the wait staff area. During my last two visits, I had to wait at least five minutes just to be seated. I'm considering dining elsewhere unless they can improve their customer service. While I still like the food, the service and the lack of attention from the wait staff have become quite disappointing.
I am extremely disappointed with this place. I've been to many IHOPs and even worked at a couple, but my boyfriend and I are regulars at this location. I wouldn’t say we were annoyed, but during our last five visits, we consistently found hair in our food. During our most recent visit, they gave us a free lunch voucher to apologize, but we've decided never to eat there again. We're not looking to complain just for the sake of it; it's just that we are truly disgusted with IHOP.

This restaurant offers the best service in Mt. Pleasant. I've been there three times, and each visit has provided excellent service that truly makes you feel at home. My favorite server is Amber; she's a delightful young lady who always greets you with a smile! The managers are also very friendly, regularly checking in to ensure that you're enjoying your meal. IHOP also serves the best pancakes. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This place has the best service any where in Mt. Pleasant. I have been there 3 times now, and great service each time, and they make you feel at home. My favorite server is Amber, a young lady that always has a smile on her face! The managers are real nice also, they stop by your table to make sure that your food tastes good. IHOP has the best pancakes also. I really recommend this restaurant.

Every time I enter this building all I see are smiles on the employee's faces! It is so refreshing to go to a restaurant that actually cares about you and your needs! The food is always outstanding also, and very clean!
