This restaurant is truly outstanding. The service is exceptional, and the staff are remarkably patient. Delilah, in particular, was incredibly accommodating, even when a plate accidentally broke. She maintained a positive attitude throughout, even when we bumped into her by mistake. Her kindness was evident, and she never once seemed annoyed, despite our many questions. We arrived with a group of over 30 people, and she managed to take care of all of us effortlessly. Remarkably, she remembered everyone’s orders, despite the size of our group! She definitely deserves a raise! We will certainly return to this IHOP on our next visit.
I was honestly disappointed with my visit to IHOP today. The food was delicious, but our server, Daphne, was really lacking. When she greeted us, she didn’t even say good morning—just immediately asked for our order. Throughout the meal, she never checked in to see if we needed anything or offered to refill our water or coffee. We had to flag her down while she was busy attending to other tables, where she seemed much more attentive. It felt like she would have preferred to be anywhere else.
This morning, the restaurant was short-staffed, which led to a bit of a wait before we were seated. I noticed that three DoorDash drivers were also waiting quite a while to pick up their orders. On the positive side, the food was tasty, though the coffee was just okay. Freshness and flavor are important to me when it comes to coffee. However, our server was fantastic, frequently checking in with us and refilling our coffee.
The service at this restaurant is quite lacking. The staff doesn't seem to be around to take orders or deliver food, so if you need anything, you have to get up and look for it yourself. For example, I had to check three different tables to find a salt shaker that wasn't dirty. Additionally, the ketchup bottles on every table were empty. The coffee was served lukewarm, while the food was hot.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The manager was very accommodating to our large group and kept us informed during our wait. Our waitress, Lily, was outstanding—she was polite, professional, and attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious and exactly how we ordered it. I highly recommend this place to anyone, so don’t hesitate to visit!
I visited this restaurant last week around 11 PM, and I’m puzzled by its single-star ratings. I really enjoyed the service here. Although there seemed to be fewer staff members, they were all incredibly friendly. The food was good as expected, and I absolutely loved the tres leches pancakes — they were delicious! I would definitely love to come back again.
I waited almost 10 minutes after entering before anyone acknowledged me. Then, a girl with light skin from the morning shift approached me with a terrible attitude, instructing me to inform Uber that she wouldn't be taking any more orders for Uber Eats or DoorDash that night because she was tired. What a disappointing experience for customer service!
This is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at any time of the day. The back room can be booked for family gatherings or other special events with prior notice. Everything we tried was delicious and freshly made. The service was outstanding, and we appreciate Rose for her exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back!

During our trip to Tampa, we visited IHOP and were welcomed by Dion. He provided exceptional customer service, showing great kindness and patience, especially towards my sister, who has a disability. I will definitely be returning.
