My family and I visited the restaurant around 7 PM, and we noticed that there was only one customer seated and one server on duty. It took quite some time for us to be seated, and when the server finally approached us, she asked how many were in our party with an attitude, her mouth full of food. When another guest arrived and mentioned they wanted to dine in, she rolled her eyes and didn’t say a word to them.
Without speaking, she led us to our table, left us there in silence, and walked away. We tried to brush it off and took our time, but it took a while for someone to take our order, even though there was only one other person eating. Eventually, our food arrived, but it was disappoint...
The hostess/waitress was talking with 2 ladies when we came in. There was already 1 man waiting to be seated. After 5 mins of talking, they finally left. The hostess grabbed a menu walked over to the man, rolled her eyes, and took him yo a table (all without saying a word). She then did something in the kitchen and finally came over to me my 2 girls. Again, she grabbed some menus took us to a table (not a word said to us). In the meantime, the ppl waiting behind us left.We waited 10 minutes and she never even took our drink order. When we saw her on the phone, we decided to get up leave. She saw us leave, gave us a dirty look and that was that. She made it very clear that she hated her job....
I enter the bathroom. One urinal is half filled with dark yellow urine. I choose the other urinal. As I am using the facilities, an employee enters. They add their fill to the collection, turning the color more of a dark amber. They did not flush. They did not wash their hands.Also took way too long to be seated and even longer to get our order taken. They were not busy. Employees just face timing their families instead so I guess they had a good time.
We waited a long time for service to begin. When our food finally arrived, we either received the wrong orders or were missing items we had requested. We ended up spending two hours there, which is far too long for a chain restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it or return.

If you're craving pancakes and other breakfast options, this is the place to go. The staff may be small, but they are friendly and attentive. As for parking, the nearby bus stop doesn't have a great vibe, but if you park a bit further away and out of sight, you'll be just fine.
