Ihop - Table reservation

So I go to this ihop every weekend Janet is my server she is the best server I have ever had. The only issue I have with this ihop has nothing to do with the food or Janet it is the other employees they are rude they just sit there on there phones in the back table on the left while Janet works. I have personally watched new customers come in they just sit there on there phones . I have watched other sections sit there wait for 20 30 min “not Janet’s section” wait to even see there server I have also watched people walk out. Some of the other staff is very rude and nasty I understand a lot of them are young but there is no accountability the manager seems to be friends with all of them so I’...

The food was delicious, the waiter served us very well, my discontent is that there were many tables available but for some reason that I don't know, they didn't allow us to enter, we had to wait more than 45 minutes to be assigned a table 20 minutes to food. So if you are very hungry IHOPE would not be a good option.

I gave it 3 stars because my food is never hot. It's cool to cold every time. The service and atmosphere were great.Parking: There are other businesses there so parking can be difficult.

The food at IHOP is always good. Their pancakes are delicious. Their sandwiches are good. It is a great place to eat at a food price.
