I'm not sure if it is a training issue with the staff, but we had not one but 5 things wrong with our order. My pancakes didn't come out at all, my orange juice was flat, they made my wife a unsweetened tea after she asked for sweet tea, they forgot the cheese on her eggs, and then they gave her the completely wrong french toast order. I don't like to complain but my god, it's so unprofessional in there, the kitchen staff was cussing our whole meal, and the utensils are made of plastic which are terrible for cutting through omelets, French toast, etc. It is also extremely wasteful to use plastic utensils on every customer and likely not cost effective, which is probably why our coffee pot lo...
We ate at this location and did not have a good experience. First off the silverware was plastic to go , I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened, ordered regular French roast and was given strawberry banana, ordered cheese on my eggs and when I ask they said it was inside but there was none so they did take it back and give me more. My husband ordered the omelet meal and it came with pancakes and we did not get any. And we could hear the cooks cussing in the back while cooking during our whole meal. I tried not to complain but when we got the bill and it was 53 dollars we had to say something and then only got 4 dollars off the bill. That’s crazy for my whole order being messed up.
This is the worst IHOP ever. The night manager has a very nasty attitude. When I asked her for the corporate number she walked away mumbling under her breath that she didn't have it. I observed her scratch her head several times touch her phone but not 1 time did she wash her hands (nasty). She talked nasty to the SPO, didn't help the servers when it got busy. We a paying customer asked her for a napkin she exhaled very loud before giving her the napkin. I never got my food however my sister and brother n law did. When I asked her for the corporate number again she told me that I had to wait for her to get it or I won't get it at all. If it was not for my diyPicture

Chile this forestville location seated us, took forever to come and take our order only to tell us they don't have a lot of things we wanted to order, they had no burgers, no tartar sauce , no tea, no hazelnut creamer. Worst restaurant i have ever been to. I ordered my food around 11:20am. The website said the pick up time is 11:37am. It is 12:27 and i still have not gotten my food. They need to find a better system to prepare for a rush. As i am waiting im listening to other people with pick up say they been waiting for over and hour. Upon stepping into the establishment it was extremely quiet, not a sole was there to eat. We was the first at that moment. The waitress seemed to have an attitude, and began to rush us to order.
