Ike's Love Sandwiches

This restaurant is not considerate of guests with allergies! We specifically did not choose a cheese option in our order because my son has a severe milk allergy, but we were still served a sandwich with cheese. I only discovered this after my son had already eaten part of it, and now I am extremely worried about his well-being. If anything happens to my son, I will take legal action against this establishment.

If you don't order with the app, do not come here for lunch. I had to wait 50 minutes for a simple bread and cheese sandwich for my 5-year-old. They turned off the app in the past and let people waiting on the street. What happened to high-quality sandwiches instead of fast food chains like Subway? Bring back the old Ike's and let customers wait if necessary.

You should specify the usual items that come with the sandwich when ordering in person or through their website. Sadly, I only received bread and meat without lettuce and tomato, which typically come with it when ordering through their app or online. I was surprised that they still charged $14 for just bread and meat without the usual toppings.

The sandwiches are delicious and their dutch crunch bread is top-notch, but the past two times I've ordered through DoorDash, the wait times have been extremely long. Additionally, my order was incorrect for the second time in a row. I'll be avoiding ordering from them through DoorDash in the future.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every sandwich I've tried at this restaurant. I highly recommend the Hollywood's SF Cheesesteak, Jon Lum, Dan Marino, and Adam Richman sandwiches. The Leninade soda was excellent and they also offer a nice variety of chips.
