Went here because our friends sent us pics of the food, and we were like, gotta try it! We sat up near the entrance, but that was ok, because we love to people watch, lol. Chandler was our server, and did a great job of listening to our questions and described the entrees very well. We started out with the steak tartar and steamed mussels. The steak is a must. Not at all what you think it would be. I liked the mussels and the sauce it came in even better, but my girlfriend thought it had too much of an iodine taste. Amazing experience! Me and my husband drove from Tampa to explore some St.Petersburg’s restaurants and we were not disappointed. Delicious food, especially short rib mezzaluna, and beef tartare. We didn’t like whipped bone marrow appetizer. Quail was okay. Desserts were on point- ricotta zeppoles and gelato creme fraiche. Service was outstanding- bartender Chandler did such a good job! We will come back!
This Italian restaurant is the best in the area, hands down. It's the top choice in St. Pete and offers the best Italian cuisine in Pinellas County. I always order the Bucatini Pomodoro, along with another dish that my wife and I share. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant, as I go at least once a month. 10/10, must visit!
