We went here for a pizza and were very positively surprised. In fact, I can't remember the last time I had a pizza that good! I ordered the one with carpaccio, fresh funghi and parmasan cheese, and everything was exquisitely balanced and of a very good quality. Add to that the low prices and the friendly and very attentive service, and you have a perfect dining experience. So nice to see that little places like this, making food with love and not just for profit, still exist in the big city. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I have visited this restaurant twice now having been recommended by friends who go every month to Berlin. Angelo and Maria greet you like family, they are attentive and multilingual which means between us we understand each of the menu items. The food is superb, personally made by Angelo. The mozarella is just incredible, a taste you yearn for back in England. The portions are generous and made with the freshest of ingredients and it is very inexpensive. Excellent wine options too. Can't wait to revisit.
Was looking for a dinner place with some friends and ended up here. Friendly staff, excellent pizza and reasonable prices. And comfortably outside the tourist zone in a residential neighborhood, although only a couple minutes from bus, tram and U-bahn. Recommended!
