Hoping to spare anyone the disgust that is this I'm leaving a review for the St Ann Imos. I also had a pizza with red hot flakes I didn't ask for that was obviously left on the end of the oven half burnt. Could be because I didn't leave a tip. The night manager gave me a scary look after I quickly signed I don't know. More thought it was a bunch of kids making food without masks. I did call to speak with the manager in hopes to bring attention to this but I was told to call a Joe tomorrow and that he wouldn't want to be bothered in the evening. Just a heads up go another 2 miles to the Bridgeton location. This is why out of towners aren't impressed with stl pizza and either am I anymore. Goo...

I recently ordered lunch for takeout, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. Everything I tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The service was equally excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the inviting atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place!
I will not be ordering from this location again. I placed my order online and after an hour, the tracker still showed that my order was being prepared. When I called to check on my order, I was told that the driver was just leaving with it. The pizza was somewhat cold, the salad looked sloppy like it was thrown together, and the sandwich was average. When I spend my money, I expect better service and quality food.
Went to pick up my pizza and no one would come to the front counter to help me out I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally said I'm going to go outside and get my phone and call you all then maybe somebody will come up front and that's exactly what happened I had to call them from the front of their store to get them to come up front they all had earphones in Service: Take out

We are from San Antonio and had to try ImoS pizza we had a recommendation and it was worth waiting for . It was so good everything was fresh and hot!!!
In my opinion, the pizza was just average; it was quite greasy and difficult to cut into squares. I also found the prices to be on the high side.
Bacon is not cooked at all,I will contact supervisor tomorrow and pay them a visit, food poisoning shouldn't be taken lightly
