I love Imo’s pizza; it’s literally my favorite pizza spot ever. That said, I didn’t have the best experience today.The pizza tasted good, but the cheese slid right off every time I picked up a slice. It wasn’t cut well, I suppose. My husband’s boneless wings were good and so was the garlic cheese bread.My biggest complaint is that the signage out front says that they close the lobby at 9PM on weekdays. Well, today is a Sunday and the lobby was closed at 8PM.When I knocked on the door, all of the employees, who I KNOW heard me knocking, acted like they didn’t see me. Forgot part of my order, and got upset i wanted it. When I went to get my food, i discovered the sandwich was smashed beyond recognition and littered with bits of foil mixed in. The paper was also open on both ends, so it went straight on the floor. I asked for a refund and was immediately sworn at, told off, and refused service for saying the food was inedible. Upon calling another store to report him, i learned the manager is a known POS. worst experience ever
I can't comment on the food at this location because, despite having one of the largest buildings among all the IMO's in Belleville, this is the only one that doesn't offer indoor dining. They want our business and money, but they don't provide a welcoming place for us to enjoy our meals. I’ll choose to support the smaller IMO's, like the one on W. Main, that do allow customers to dine in.
I ordered my pizza at 8:14 PM, and it was supposed to arrive between 8:55 and 9:05 PM. However, I didn't receive my order until 10:00 PM, just before they closed. It's frustrating, especially considering I left a tip. This is why many people are losing interest in tipping; when service is this poor, it feels undeserved. I do not recommend ordering from them.

The Great St. Louis special was an amazing deal with so much food! It was also really fresh and the workers were very welcoming, polite, clean and quick.Parking: The drive thru was easily accessible and convenient.
Even though the restaurant was undergoing construction, I was happy to find that they were still open. The service was friendly, and the hot pizza was made with fresh ingredients.
Food was amazing, the only employee I encountered was friendly, the pickup area was nicely decorated. No indoor dining.
Friendly staff, quick service. Just what I've come to expect from the Imo's chain!
