This restaurant is terrible. Everything, and I mean everything, is bad from the moment you drive up to the speaker, or even worse when you go inside. Watch out for the greasy floors! If the food was good, the drive-thru wait would be acceptable. I once accidentally got the best burger ever at this location - the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. It looked just like the picture. Unfortunately, I will never have that experience again. It's a shame to see a place like this close down. What a pity.
Drive thru woman was very polite and friendly, however fries were luke warm and for ordering a bacon ultimate burger there was barely any bacon on it at all as well as the meat was dried out. The facility was absolutely empty of other people, so there is no reason for barely warm fries or dried out burgers. I paid almost 30.00 for my meal and definitely don't feel I got my money's worth
Jack in the Box has gone downhill and is now nearly inedible. The burger patties are thin slices of fake meat that taste awful, the cheese is not melted at all, and the chicken patties are also thin and cheap. The tacos are barely filled. I remember when Jack in the Box was one of the best fast food restaurants with quality food. We will not be ordering from here again.
Waited 20 minutes for 3 items. They asked me to pull around to the drive thru waiting spots which were both full. Brought the wrong food out to everyone waiting. Lobby wasn’t busy. Everyone working inside looked like they were just socializing. No apology or anything. Just avoid this one. Book a table now
The parking lot may be small, but it is just the right size for the building. In terms of kid-friendliness, the restaurant offers kid menus or options that are suitable for children.
The food at this restaurant is way too greasy and smothered in ketchup, making me believe that the night shift workers who prepared it may not be skilled in the kitchen.
My food was cold , mini churros were stale, and I asked for extra taco sauce and didnt get any. I ordered 2 items, these workers dont care bout your food at all smh
The food at this restaurant was a disaster. The lettuce was mushy and brown, and the whole meal had a terrible chemical taste. Book a table now
