First of all I tried to do the right thing and tip the 15% .. But then I get slapped in the face ? because I specifically put in the notes do not ring the bell because we have a dog that goes absolutely wild with the doorbell? I won’t be going back after my conversation with the manager, Tim. The wings I received were boiled and still had a pinkish-red hue on the inside. When I called to discuss this, Tim insisted that the wings had been cooked twice and couldn’t possibly be undercooked. My husband ate there an hour later and confirmed that it wasn’t a food issue. Tim essentially accused me of lying, despite the fact that I've dined at Imo’s many times without a problem. His behavior was unacceptable; instead of apologizing and trying to address the issue, he chose to argue with me. I will never eat here again, and I suggest you think carefully before choosing to do so. Book a table now

Tim dismissed my concerns and even implied I wasn’t being honest. I’ve been a regular at Imo’s, and this was my first bad experience. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the problem, Tim took a confrontational stance. I won’t be dining here again and advise others to think twice before choosing this place.
I decided to give this restaurant a shot, so I placed a call at 5 PM and my order was ready in no time. The pizza was a little soggy and had very little crust, but it was still quite flavorful. Unfortunately, the wings were dry and tough; the sauce didn't manage to improve them. The staff I interacted with, including the girl on the phone and the guy at the window, seemed rather indifferent. The guy at the window looked grumpy and gave off the impression that he didn't want to be there. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning.
