I had to get a full refund after waiting over 20 minutes for my fries at the drive-thru. When my order finally arrived, I received double the fries—one batch cold and the other hot but soggy, and neither was salted. Out of my entire meal, I could only eat the sandwich and chicken fries because the tacos were soggy and unappetizing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this Burger King if you care about quality or your health, as the staff clearly don’t prioritize either.
My food was unacceptable. Order 2 whoppers w/ cheese light mayo and small fries...my burgers had way to much mayo to be light...per my request...and for $2.19 for small fries they shouldn't be refried but fresh...I would not patronize this place ofbusiness nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
I can genuinely say that the service was excellent. The cashier with green hair was very professional and skillfully multitasking, just as an employee should. The food was served hot, and my fries were perfectly hot, crisp, and tender. I thoroughly enjoyed my Whopper meal.
After I paid for my meal, I was instructed to wait behind another car to collect my food. Now, there are three cars behind me in line. I ordered a delicious Junior Meal, but there's something that feels a bit off about how this restaurant is organized. Book a table now
I won’t be visiting Burger King again! The staff member with extremely long fake nails was very unfriendly and unpleasant. No menu item is worth that kind of treatment. I’ll have to look for a better Burger King because I do enjoy a good Whopper!
If you order No Cheese , this is not the Burger King for you. Ordered Big Kings (no cheese) and they had cheese on both. 3rd time in a row. Seriously! They move you out of the drive thru, so it 's difficult to check.
The manager was multitasking by holding the phone to her ear while packing the food into the bag, causing her to touch the phone, napkins, and the bag itself. This led to a less than satisfactory level of service.
Burger King offers good food, but if you want it fresh, be sure to specifically request it; otherwise, expect to receive it cold. Their menu has great options, but freshness depends on how you order. Book a table now
The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and it seemed like they weren't in any hurry to serve us. They even prioritized other customers ahead of us.
