The croutons in the Greek salad were stale, and it took an unusually long time for us to receive the rest of our food. I also placed an online order for a bagel pack, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I found out they were out of bagels and would need an additional 40 minutes to prepare it. I have ordered a green goddess Cobb salad to go from this location twice and both times have been incorrect. The first time I was left without silverware for a to go order, this time I was given zero dressing for a to go order. I tried to call the cafe twice and got hung up on twice. . I worked for this company for three years throughout high school, our location was very consistent. It needs to be the same across cafe locations. The quality and service is disappointing at this location, however they are very punctual it doesn’t matter if the order is wrong. Today, 11/13/22, we placed an online order for 4 meals. One of the meals was a pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and a half sandwich. We got home with our order and they did not include the soup. However, the soup was marked on the receipt on the outside of the bag and checked off as though it was in the bag. We called and they said to come back and pick up the missing soup and they will also include a free item for the inconvenience. We returned to the store and had to wait 10 minutes for the missing soup and they did not give us a free item for the inconvenience that they promised. I suggest you find somewhere else to purchase food. This BreadCo has terrible service/customer service!!
The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was calm and serene, creating a sense of peace. I now find myself spending at least three days a week there, enjoying a nice, quiet lunch alone on the patio. The service was excellent, albeit a bit disorganized, but it’s summer, and the kids need summer jobs. Despite that, everyone was very respectful.

The bottom line is this: nobody forced you to come into work. If you're feeling tired or had a rough night, that's no excuse not to be polite and show you care about customer service. Working in this industry is a privilege! Childish behavior is just that—childish! Thankfully, the location on St. Charles Rock Rd. took excellent care of me.
I ordered 7 bowls of various soups and 2 sandwiches( 1 and half). They left out one of the soups and the replacement was given a cup instead of a bowl. Person acted angry about having to give out the soup. I wasn't happy with Panera after having spent $80 plus dollars.
I hate this location. Worst I've ever been to. Ordered a soup and sandwich. Chicken dry. Mold on cheese. I should dig it out the trash to show how old the meat was. Too pricey for moldy food smfh. Oh and the bread that came with it was stale AF

The food is good, but it's definitely overpriced. I really enjoy their salads, but I wasn't a fan of the mango smoothie, and the turkey chili I got looked like a cup of oil—really unappealing.
The atmosphere is incredibly important to me! I had a fantastic breakfast along with hazelnut coffee, and the friendly service made the experience even better!
