I actually love Panda Express, I will eat it everywhere I go, malls etc. I love it so much I?ve post past pictures of my meals on Facebook saying, my favorite place to eat! I have now to tell u the bad part, I no longer look forward to getting home to eat my food or sneak a bite before I drive off the lot. We decided to dine with Panda Express because that is what my mother had a taste for . It was our Mothers Day dinner. The food is usually good , but it was horrible today. The Beijing Beef was dry and old . It tasted horrible. I called the store and spoke with someone named Kayla who claimed to be the manager. She stated she could replace the food. We did not want anymore food. If something is not good why would we want more of it, and why do we want to be inconvenienced by coming back to the store. Ms. Kayla got smart and hung up on me. We arrived at the restaurant and were promptly served. The experience was just okay. The staff seemed unfriendly and didn't smile at all, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I also noticed that they only provided one fork and one napkin, and I was hoping for chopsticks instead. Afterward, my friend and I went to Target, and when we returned, our table was still messy and hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to tidy it up ourselves. On a positive note, we played a card game and thankfully, we weren't kicked out despite the noise we made!
I ordered delivery through their website just before 5 PM, and the estimated arrival time was 45-55 minutes. However, our food didn’t arrive until nearly two hours later. Additionally, I wish they would keep their online menu more current, as I found that some items listed were no longer available. This caused a hassle during checkout because they required changes to my order.

worst experience at a Panda Express ever. workers were walking around clueless and messed our order up 3 times before the end. place was disgusting floor were sticky tables were dirty. the staff had zero common sense between them. and the cashier dident even know how to use the register. place needs to be audited.
The food is excellent. I appreciate that the staff keeps conversations to a minimum, as I prefer that too. However, a smile would be nice instead of an unfriendly demeanor. I really enjoy the rice and orange chicken here!
This is probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. They got my order wrong, the rice was hard, and the honey walnut shrimp was burnt. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
The food was disappointing this time. The vegetables were overcooked, and the teriyaki chicken arrived without any sauce and looked so unappetizing that I couldn't even eat it.

The food at Panda Express was disappointing! The rice was cold and tough, and although the meat was fairly good, the containers were completely mixed up.
My wife and I like going here cause they do stay consistent with serving fresh food, definitely will be going back on a regular
