My first time trying in-n-out while I was visiting la. The fries aren't good honestly they could use a lot of seasoning. The sauce was very plain and didn't taste like anything. The burger was a good portion. The service was super quick and the aesthetic of the place is nice.
30 minutes in the drive thru excited to try this. We'll, it was horrible. My burger was barley warm and the fries I couldn't eat because they were just cold. I don't understand how you are so busy but my food is cold/lukewarm. Disappointed.
I asked for an extra item, but it seemed like she was annoyed with my request. Eventually, she handed me another one, but it looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of the peppers. It’s the little details that matter to me!

Poor service every time I come here. It's literally the worst in n out I've been too. They always get my order wrong, they never repeat the full order, and they're always rude when you try to correct them.
Glad to see nothing's changed about this place. Lots of good memories and great food! Lively place throughout the whole day. Lots of parking if your not lazy to walk
