My teenage son and I traveled from Northern Virginia to visit family in Fontana in July 2022, and we looked forward to eating a burger. This In-n-Out Burger restaurant is probably one of the best we've visited. The burgers, fries, and shakes werefantastic as we remembered them. The servers were very efficient in the drive thru, and they were also very friendly andpatient in receiving our order. More importantly, in our experience dining inside the restaurant, the cashiers and servers wereeven more friendlier than I expected. A particular cashier, I believe her name was Ella, greeted us with a terrific authenticsmile that lit up the restaurant and made us feel very welcomed in the restaurant....
Great burgers mostly lower calories than other burgers, sometimes associates missing your customized order and they end up not putting all of the toppings that you ordered, but it's easily forgettable after you realize that these people have to sellcountless orders in a short period of time. Food quality and price is definitely beat most compilations.
I have never had a bad experience at any In-N-Out. Every worker seems to be happy to be there, gives great customer service, and treats you like a person..not a number. They obviously get ongoing training about how to be respectful, personable and appropriate with customers. Great company.
I have family in California so anytime I come to visit I MUST have In-N-Out. Double double animal style, extra grilled onions w/ animal style fries. Extra grilled onions as well. Book a table now
